 Please note that all returns must be shipped back to our warehouse. We currently do not offer alternative drop-off methods for online purchases.  

Full Priced Items (No Discount Code Applied) Swimsuits, Activewear, and apparel purchased at full price are eligible for a refund (excluding original shipping costs) if they are returned within 7 days of delivery.  

Alternatively, full-priced items are eligible for store credit (excluding shipping costs) if they are returned within 14 days of delivery.

Return Window & Tracking

• All returns must be received at our warehouse within 14 days after delivery.
• Any packages received outside of this 14-day window will not be accepted.
• Please retain your tracking number when shipping your return. Busty Beaches is not responsible for items lost in transit or delivered to incorrect addresses by the carrier.

Item Condition Requirements:  To receive a refund or store credit, items must meet strict hygiene and quality standards:

• Items must be in their original form and packaging.
• All sizing tags and protective hygienic liners must remain attached.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and completely free of stains, damage, or strong odors (including perfume).

Rejected Returns: If an item is determined to be stained, damaged, worn, or missing its original tags/liners, the return will be rejected.  In the event of a rejected return, the item can be sent back to you at your own expense. If you decline to pay the return shipping costs to receive your item back, the item will be permanently discarded.  

Exchanges:  We currently offer size and style exchanges for qualifying items. Please ensure your exchange request is initiated within our standard return windows.  

Return to Sender:  If a package is returned to our warehouse by the carrier due to an insufficient address or failure to deliver, a store credit will be issued. The original shipping fee will be deducted from your total credit.
